MCW POWER RANKINGS -

December 2007 The MCW Power Rankings have returned, ranking the top 10 superstars in MCW today, based on win-loss record, strength of opponents, and in-ring and outside dominance. 

1. JOEY MATTHEWS
Undefeated since winning the Heavyweight Championship, Matthews steps into his first match where the title is not on the line, but the title shot is. Will Matthews (& York) have the right gameplan to keep Creative Control out of the title picture? 

2. PATRICK BRINK
The reigning Rage TV Champion gears up for his last title defense and match in MCW against heated rival Tyler Hilton. Brink aims to leave MCW on a high note, leaving as champion. 

3. THE BRUISER
Came very close to winning his 6th MCW Championship on 11/4. A victory on 12/26 will give him another crack at the title.

4. THE GHETTO MAFIA
The Tag Team Champions held off Creative Control & BLK OUT to retain the titles 11/4. Now, the champs face a team that they better not overlook, in McBride & Stigma.

6. DANNY DORING
Has been very successful in the tag team matches that he has been involved in. However, singles action is what he wants, especially a singles match against Danny Jaxx. Doring will get that on 12/26 

7. DEREK FRAZIER
The Cruiserweight Champion has failed to defeat Josh Daniels in their previous encounters. Now being forced to defend the title where it's no time limit, and where he has to win, can the champion finally get the proverbial monkey of his back? 

8. CHRISTIAN YORK
Teams with his best friend for the first time in over 5 years. Will they have the chemistry necessary to defeat Creative Control. More importantly, has York become the prime target for Creative Control? 

9. JOSH DANIELS
Like an animal stalking his prey, Daniels has targeted Derek Frazier and the Cruiserweight Championship, since defeating him after Shamrock Cup VII, the event that Daniels won. With the added stipulation that if the Champion gets DQ'ed or gets counted out, Daniels has to be the favorite going into 12/26. 

10. TYLER HILTON
Sacrificing everything to leave MCW on 12/26 as Rage TV Champion, Hilton will go after Brink alone, having dismissed the Rehoboth Beach Crew. 

HONORABLE MENTION:

TOM BRANDI
With Kimberley McDevitt, Brandi always has something planned. What impact will he have on 12/26?  BLKOUTLooking to rebound after losing the title match on 11/4. Need some important victories to get back into title contention 

RYAN MCBRIDE & TEDDY STIGMA
Winning the 4-way give this team a title shot on 12/26. While they are the major underdogs, the champs can not afford to overlook this team. Will McBride & Stigma shock everyone, and win the gold? A title win will definitely catapult them
into the Top 10. 

THE HEADLINERS
Impressive debut for Bobby Starr's new tag team. But, they must follow it up to break into the top 10.

DANNY JAXX
Seems to have been running away from Danny Doring instead of facing him. Will have no choice but to fight him as the grudge match will take on 12/26
