Memo from the desk of:

MCW Manager Extraordinaire
 BOB  STARR

Wow where to begin? First off , I have submitted a letter of complaint to the Maryland State Athletic Commission concerning Earl the Pearl's managerial license at the February 24th show in Dundalk, MD. You see when Jeff Jones submitted my application, it took almost 3 months to be granted a license by the commission to stand at ringside with the Headliners.  So now, Jeff is trying to tell everyone that Earl can do the same with almost no notice?   Kimberley McDevitt and myself have a meeting with the commission later this month.

MCW new-comers Ryan McBride & Teddy Stigma were impressive at Michaels.  I have seen this young team wrestle several matches for other promotions and to be honest I think they can and will have a promising future in pro wrestling.  Please don't misunderstand, they are not at all ready to get in the ring with the Headliners.   Rich and Jimmy Jannetty have worked with established teams such as the Midnight Express & The Rock N Roll Express, rarely will you see them wrestle youngsters in the wrestling business. The Headliners are MCW Tag Team Champion Material, in fact, they would be wearing those belts right now if it wasn't for the Ghetto Mafia cheating over and over during the match.  I took it upon myself to point out to the so-called ref Earl the Pearl that the Ghetto Mafia was pulling cheap shot after cheap shot.  How can Jimmy be an effective tag partner when he is crotched from the top turnbuckle?  How could any man continue to compete with his family jewels in such trauma?  Let's not over look Creed manhandling me!  The bottom line is that the Ghetto Mafia should have been disqualified and I know that each and every one of you sees it that way too.  As far as I am concerned, the win from the match at Michaels shall go down in the 2007 record books as the Headliners defeated  the Ghetto Mafia via disqualification.  As far as who is currently wearing the belts - we'll take care of that very soon.

As for Stigma & McBride, if you are smart you will reconsider competing in this match.  Twenty two minutes in this business doesn't earn you a spot in a match with a team like the Headliners.  Do you guys really want to have your careers ended this early?  Rich & Jimmy have one plan for February 24th, and that is to leave as the Maryland Championship Wrestling Tag Team Champions.  Think it over, there is no shame in canceling a match but you will experience the shame of losing should you choose to compete.

You will all have the pleasure of seeing me on the 24th in Dundalk.
