WHAT'S LEFT FOR THE SLACKERS???

CHAD BOWMAN & LUNCHBOX DINO DIVINE, collectively known as The Slackers, have reached the crossroads. At this point in their careers, they are beginning to wonder, what MCW fans are wondering as well....What's next for them?

The tag team division has always been a high profile division for Maryland Championship Wrestling, unlike other organizations that have downgraded their division. The Slackers have seen and beaten them all: The Ghetto Mafia, Joey Matthews & Christian York, The SATs (Jose & Joel Maximo), The Briscoe Brothers, Romeo Valentino & The Bruiser, among others.

The feud that stands out for the multi-time tag team champions, is the feud with The Holy Rollers (Earl The Pearl & Ramblin Rich). Their war started several years ago, and ended this year, when, at the July 2006 RED, WHITE, BLACK, & BRUISED event in Fort Meade, The Slackers defeated The Rollers to force Earl & Rich to split and forced Earl into retirement.

Now, The Slackers are looking at the future. And in the future, are teams that are ready to replace The Slackers as one of the premier teams in MCW, like:

PHAT BLUES SECURITY - Kelly Bell's twin terror security team

BRUISER & GENESIS - the current #1 contenders for the tag titles

DJ HYDE & JD MICHAELS - Adam Flash's henchmen

and of course the reigning tag team champions: SCOTT FOWLER & JASON STATIC

The MCW tag champs are well aware that The Slackers want a shot at the tag titles. However, the champs must deal with Bruiser & Genesis first. The Slackers are patient, but how long will they wait. Chad & Dino currently sit at #4 on the MCW Top 25, the highest rankings ever for a non-champion. For one of the most decorated tag teams in MCW history, it may be time to cash in on their recent success and go for the gold.
