Just Added: RBC's Original Diva Lana returns to referee the RBC Battle for the Name match. Lana managed and co starred in the RBC's Reality TV Show which starred Tyler Hilton, Zachary Shane & LK).

BATTLE FOR THE NAME

THE ORIGINAL REHOBOTH BEACH CREW vs. THE NEW REHOBOTH BEACH CREW

 

Fans witnessed the formation of the RBC 2 years ago when Tyler Hilton, Zachary Shane, & LK formed the group, which was seen on their reality show “The Real Rehoboth Beach.” An instant hit on the MCW website, fans were drawn into the crazy lives of the crew from Rehoboth Beach. In the ring, the group was successful as well, working together to allow Tyler Hilton to win the MCW Rage TV Championship. But success caused jealousy, and tore the group apart. First to leave was Zachary Shane, who used his new-found fame to wrest away the then-wife (Kimberley McDevitt) away from the owner of the company Danny McDevitt. Then, Tyler Hilton would go into early retirement, citing new entertainment opportunities in Florida & California. Hilton’s departure surprised everyone, because it would mean that he would have to retire the Rage TV Championship. The crew had featured many people, but the Hilton, Shane, & LK were the main focus.

 

Left alone, LK would assume control of the group. LK, with the encouragement of new manager Noel Harlow, would later form the “New RBC” with new partner JB. Their success would cause original manager Tara to become extremely upset. Tara begin a campaign to find a team that would destroy the new Crew. After many unsuccessful attempts, Tara would do what many thought was impossible. She would contact Tyler Hilton & Zachary Shane, and offered them huge contracts to get them to come back to MCW, re-team, and take out the new Crew. Some would say that Hilton & Shane because jealous of the success that the new Crew was having. Following several discussions and meetings with Tara, Hilton & Shane would reunite and reform the “Original RBC,” with their sole purpose being to destroy “the pretenders to their throne.”

 

“There’s only one RBC, and it’s myself & Zach!” exclaimed Hilton. “At Holiday Hell, those two will find out that sequels are never better than the original. We will win and put an end to the charade that is the New RBC.”

"Everyone knows that the only guys that people cared about within the RBC was me & Tyler." says Shane. "Of all of the members that have claimed to be a part of the RBC, the only successful guys in the group were me & Ty. Hilton is a former Rage TV Champion, and I am a former Tag Team Champion. What has JB & LK done? Nothing! And at Holiday Hell, we will add to their misery. They don't stand a chance against us."

On December 27 th, only one team would be able to call themselves “The Rehoboth Beach Crew” as Hilton & Shane will battle JB & LK, with the winners claiming the rights to the name. An important factor of the match involve the women who will in outside the ring. Tara, representing Hilton & Shane, had spent 6 months trying to find a team to could eliminate JB & LK. Noel, representing JB & LK, was smart enough to put those two together and take them to new heights of success, much to the dismay of Tara.
